When
you come in for your first appointment a treatment plan will be
arranged, outlining the recommended series of appointments and the
expected length of time each appointment will take. This
should help you schedule your dental appointments with our
reception staff.
Our
office staff does their best to schedule appointments in a timely
manner and stay on schedule to minimize your waiting times.
Sometimes situations arise during treatment that are beyond the
staffs control and, unfortunately, the schedule falls behind. We ask for your
patience and understanding in such an event. We've all heard the
saying "any job worth doing is worth doing is worth doing
well" and at the Bedford House Dental Group, we have a
saying: "any procedure worth doing is worth doing perfectly."
Arriving late
for your appointment
If
you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to
perform what treatment we can in the time remaining, then schedule
another appointment to complete treatment so as not to keep our
other patients waiting. If you are very late, you will need to
reschedule your appointment in fairness to others.
Missed
Appointments
If
time had been reserved in our schedule for you and you miss the
appointment, our staff will attempt to contact you immediately to
reschedule. There is a $50.00 charge for missed all appointments when
24-hour notice is not given.
